A gay guy, an alcoholic and a chainsmoker go to a doctor because they feel ill. The doctor tells the alcoholic that his liver is so screwed up, that a drop more of alcohol would kill him. He tells the chainsmoker that one more cigarette would cause his lungs to colapse and the fate of the gay guy, if he decides to continue fucking people up the ass, would be short and unpleasant, too. After hearing that the 3 walk away. On their way they pass a bar where somebody left half a shot of whiskey in his glass and left. The alcoholic thinks, "What the fuck?", goes in, drinks the rest of the whiskey and drops dead instantly. The 2 others walk on. On their way the chainsmoker sees a half smoked, still burning cigarette on the ground. He stops to look at it longingly then the gay guy turns around to him and says: "Leave it on the ground. It's not only about you right now, if you bend down to get that smoke, we're both dead."
